Suppy Chain Management

At PVM, SCM encompasses Purchase, logistics and the Commercial functions.

Purchase gives you the opportunity to negotiate with domestic and international suppliers. Wd do have stringent quality procedures and hence, procuring raw material, packing material is a dynamic operation, which matches our high quality standards. Efficient procurement and effective management of resources along-with maintaining low inventory levels with high productivity is the buzz word!

The Logistics function ensures timely and accurate delivery of stocks in line with market requirements while ensuring delivery of stocks in line with market requirements while ensuring controls on inventory levels. The area of operations covers the length and breadth of India, from coordination with our two manufacturing facilities i.e. Manesar (near Delhi) and Karanaipuducherry (near Chennai) to supporting the vast distribution network.

The fulfillment of the commercial obligations of the Company's Business relating to import, export and excise functions is the center of the Commercial division. Here, we travel across the globe in the flash of a mail!

Human Resources

Spearheading HR initiatives and catering to the HR needs of our organization...be part of the Corporate Office, manage the Sales team or support the manufacturing operations at Manesar (near Delhi) and Karanaipuducherry (near Chennai).

As a human Resource professional, one can aspire to a high degree of responsibility with an assortment of activities in recruitment and people processes, training and development, and performance management in a dynamic and progressive FMCG company.

Finance

To look beyond the confines of traditional financial practices, to understand and support the business while adopting sound financial and accounting norms is the motto of Finance. Making and ensuring adherence to budgets, handling taxation, calculating financial ratios, maintaining and continuously updating the financial MIS and so much more. At PVM, the Finance functions comprises of Sales accounting, Financial accounting, Budgeting & MIS.

Information Technology

PVM IT has a keen focus on continuous enhancement and improvement of technology by establishing and implementing best practices using IT tools. We have a team comprising of members with diverse backgrounds in business management, engineering and information technology. The team is continuously driven to providing information technology and automation tolls for higher productivity and efficiency.

Legal & Internal Audit

In line with the company values and corporate governance, the Legal and Internal Audit team supports the organization in ensuring systematic compliance with all laws and regulations. The function works on safeguarding the interest of the company and protecting our intellectual property rights. Our Internal Auditors guide us to adopt correct practices with regards to our internal systems.
