  • Our Selection Program

    Campus hiring program:

    Campus recruitment at Perfetti Van Melle consists of two stages:

    • Summer Trainee Recruitment
      • A two month training programme is designed to take a summer trainee through projects involving respective functional exposure. Candidates from distinguished Business as well as Functional Institutes are recruited for the same.
    • Management Trainee Recruitment.
      • Shortlisted summer interns are evaluated through a pre placement interview to assess his/her potential as well as to ascertain the right organizational fit before being awarded a pre placement offer.

    Summer Training (Internship)

    The Summer Trainee Program is designed to expose one to the vibrancy of a complex and competitive business environment, challenge one intellectually and encourage finding innovative solutions to challenges.

    Nature of Projects

    The nature of projects assigned to a candidate could be of the following type:

    • An innovative perspective on an organizational problem.
    • A study of strategic plans of the organization with requisite analysis and interpretations.
    • Specific functional problems which require research effort.

    Management Training

    Management trainees are recruited through pre placement offers made to brilliant summer interns
