  1. If you do not agree to be bound by these, then you have no right to access or use the aforesaid services/facility.

You further authorize and give permission to us to display and distribute the Content exclusively on the Perfetti Van Melle site and other properties and pages on the internet, like its Facebook, Youtube and Twitter pages.

(i) Unlawful, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing, spam ; (ii) is hateful, constitutes hate speech, contains objects or symbols of hate; (iii) invades the privacy of any third party; (iv) contains Content related to sex with graphic violence or degradation or constitutes pornography or any Content uploaded that is pornographic or offensive in nature (including nudity, violence, sexual acts, or sexually provocative images etc) (v) is deceptive, threatening, abusive, inciting of unlawful action, defamatory, libelous; or (vi) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to (a) interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software; or (b) interfere with the access of any user, host or network or (vii) that interfere with, circumvent or disable any security-related features (viii) which use is not as per these terms and conditions or (ix) Content that infringes the intellectual property rights or violates the privacy rights of any third party (including without limitation copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right or moral right or right of publicity) or any other laws (x) is otherwise objectionable in the opinion of Perfetti Van Melle;

You acknowledge that Perfetti Van Melle has no obligation to monitor your access or use of the Content sharing sevices/facility but has the right to do so for the purpose of operating the same and to ensure your compliance with these terms and conditions, or to comply with applicable laws.
