• d. Retention periodThe Personal Data will be kept as long as the relationship is in force. After that, the Personal Data will be only kept das long as it is necessary to comply with any legal regulation that may impose to PVM the obligation to keep the Personal Data for a longer period of time.

Data subject rightsPVM informs that you have right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your Personal data, or restriction or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability or to withdraw the consent given by addressing to PVM a written communication to Perfetti Van Melle India Pvt. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority By signing this document, you are giving your express consent to process the Personal Data for this purpose. PVM inform you that you can withdraw said consent at any time.
